Who We Are:

We have been in business for over 30 years in Stafford, TX area with currently 120 employees and GROWING! . Most of our employees have been with our company between 5 and 15 years. Our location is conveniently located directly off a major freeway for easy access. Our current, custom built facility consists of 19,500 square feet of office space, 9,200 square feet of Showroom, and 80,000 square feet of warehouse.

About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks.

What you’ll do:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following.

• Effectively resolving customer issues
• Answering Phones
• Purchase Orders and Sales Orders
• Data Entry
• Ability to multi-task
• Reviewing plans to verify counts, accuracy
• Microsoft Office- Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Teams, SharePoint, etc
• Arranging and scheduling shipments to job sites
• Other projects as they arrive

• Ordering of project specific materials through coordination with Purchasing Department
• Compiling of product submittals
• Review of plans
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by management

Our Perfect Candidate

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or Degree Required
• Ability to interpret plans (shop drawings)
• Knowledge of construction terminology, and various municipal building department regulations to ensure proper and timely permits
• Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
